Who made it
Named after our daughter.
We’re AJ and Ally Catanzaro. You might know us from The Moto Academy. Mills is named after our daughter, Millie, and she’s the reason it exists. We read every label, didn’t like what we found, and made the formula we wanted for our own family.
Born around motocross. Built for the kitchen counter.

Why $32?
$32 buys 25 servings — $1.60 a serving delivered — and two or more on one order are $30 each. The ingredient deck is organic-first, and the sweeteners and the color are the more expensive versions of themselves. Subscribing brings it to $26 each: $1.36 a serving delivered, or $1.20 with 50 servings on the order — the lowest we offer.
Does it taste like stevia?
Sweetness comes from organic monk fruit extract and organic rebaudioside A, the stevia-derived sweetener, with raspberry and lemon carrying the flavor. There is 1 g of sugar per serving.
How do I mix it?
The label says one scoop (9.5 g) in 16 fl oz of cold water, and that is the serving the Supplement Facts are based on. Treat it as a starting point, not a rule. Honestly, nobody on The Moto Academy staff drinks it that way. AJ’s own mix is less than a full scoop in a 40 oz bottle. Start with the label, then adjust the water until it tastes right to you. One scoop is one serving, 25 servings.
Why isn’t it zero-carb?
The panel shows 5 g of carbohydrate a serving. 3 g of that is dietary fiber from organic Jerusalem artichoke inulin, and 1 g is sugar. The fiber is deliberate — it is the first ingredient on the label.
How often can I drink it?
One scoop is one serving. The label is the guide: 1 scoop (9.5 g) in 16 fl oz, 25 servings.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribe to 25 servings a month or 50, billed monthly at $26 each — $6 under the one-time price — plus $7.99 flat shipping. That works out to $1.36 a serving delivered at 25, $1.20 at 50. Skip, pause, or cancel before the next order.
Is Mills for the whole family?
We built the formula we wanted for our own family, and every ingredient is named on the label. For questions about a specific person, including kids, ask your doctor.
Where can I buy it in person?
Mills is stocked at every Moto Academy five-day camp. Come find us, mix a scoop, and take one home the same day. See which camps are coming up →
Shipping and returns?
Shipping is a flat $7.99 on every US order, one-time or subscription, no matter how many. Anything unopened can be returned within 30 days of delivery — full details in the return policy.
