Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We don't offer international shipping yet.

Shipping rates

One-time orders	$7.99 flat rate, any quantity
Subscription orders	$7.99 flat rate, any quantity — each shipment, including renewals

Shipping is the same flat $7.99 on every order. The subscription saving is in the price — $26 for 25 servings instead of $32 — not in the shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from our Tennessee warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and hand your order to the carrier; transit time after that depends on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Order issues

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@drinkmills.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
